For some one, quality is synonymous with durability, for others it is the use of precious and natural materials, for still others it is aesthetics and design… At Flexteam we believe that every single component used for the production of our items must respond to all these features.
For this reason we choose the best woods on the market, combining the solid poplar with the multilayer for the structural parts, which are pantographed, ensuring maximum precision. The pieces thus obtained are assembled with care by competent personnel.
The structures of the sofas are completed by the springing: a very important part for seating comfort and resistance over time. We use reinforced elastic belts, with a high rubber content, precisely positioned according to the size of the element and the type of softness to be obtained. Everything is done in the best possible way! Nothing is left to chance!
We trust so much in the durability of our products that we extend the statutory warranty (two years) up to 10 years on all our structures!

To ensure the best sitting experience, the sofa cushions are assembled using more types of polyurethane, different in density and softness. Usually, the front part of the seat is stronger (because it is more stressed) and the central part is more welcoming.
We often add a surface layer of natural goose feather to the polyurethane core, which gives our products a unique softness and an informal visual effect.

Fabrics mainly composed of fibers such as cotton, linen and viscose have a natural and fresh feel and an “always in fashion” look;
those with synthetic fibers are less subject to wear and fade, so they are recommended for those who want or need to wash them often;
chenille and velvets are crushed with use but have an irresistible charm.
